Built in 1901 the house has had many uses, being the home of the editor of a local newspaper for some time before being turned into a bed and breakfast some twenty-five years ago.
We are very close to the high street and all amenities with plenty of restaurants and cafe’s close by.
There are a total of five letting rooms, Family Rooms, Twin Rooms and a Single and everyone of them is En-Suite.
We also have off street car parking available, and when this is full there is a Public car Park less than 100 yards away.
There is a pleasant garden area available for guest to sit in and relax and during the summer months the garden is full of colour from the flowers that were planted in the spring time and nurtured on by ourselves, we also have plenty of garden furniture at your disposal for you to sit and enjoy a glass or two of wine on a summer`s evening to make your stay here more pleasurable.
The garden is very private as it is fully enclosed by stone walls all the way around.
In the garden you will also find a ”sitouttery” for your use during the summer months and is nicely equipped with seats for you to enjoy and relax in.
Situated within walking distance of the Railway Station and the local Bus Station
Elgin Cathedral and the Elgin museum which is full of local artefacts of a bygone era are within strolling distance as is the City Centre.
We are ideally situated on the main A96 trunk road which links Inverness to Aberdeen. Inverness Airport is approximately 50 minutes drive away Aberdeen Airport is approximately 75 minutes drive away.
